At HD-CREATIONS, every item is crafted with care and attention to detail. We stand behind the quality of our handmade leather goods and want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase.

Custom Orders

All custom-made items are non-refundable. These pieces are made to order just for you, which means we cannot accept returns or offer refunds once a custom project is started.

If your custom item arrives damaged, we will gladly offer store credit or a repair, depending on the situation. Please reach out within 7 days of delivery with clear photos and a description of the issue so we can resolve it quickly.

Off-the-Shelf Items

Ready-to-ship or non-custom items may be returned or exchanged if:

• The item is in its original, unused condition
• You contact us within 14 days of delivery

Please email info@hdcreations.com with your order number to begin the return or exchange process.

Note: Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item arrived damaged or there was an error on our part.

• Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method
• Store credit (where applicable) will be provided via a digital gift card
• We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet the above conditions
